Department of Energy (DOE) has requested Room 240B in the Willow Creek Building (WCB), building IF-616, be upgraded to a Society for Technical Communication (STC) 45 sound barrier rating. The four walls would be modified to meet the sound barrier standards as described in DOE Order 470.6.
