Rev. 1 includes the F Retention Basin (FRB) (281-8F) and the F & H Cooling water basins (241-97F and 241-103H). Algae is causing an elevated pH in the FRB and F & H cooling water during the warm months of the year. SRR is planning to control algae growth at the Effluent Treatment Project (ETP) Facility's basins by performing maintenance with the addition of a biological digester which will remove organic matter.
