Subcontractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, supervision, and services required to excavate and inspect an internal corrosion anomaly on the Bryan Mound to Seaway Freeport Dock 30-inch diameter crude oil pipeline. Repairs shall be performed based on the inspection results. Approximately 20 linear feet of pipe will be uncovered, cleaned, and prepared for inspection on the pipeline. The anomaly is located approximately 260 feet from the pig trap valve at the Freeport Dock. The location is not located in wetlands and will not require any permitting or notifications. Hydrostatic testing of the pre-manufactured sleeves used to repair the pipeline anomaly will be done offsite. Tasks for this job include excavation and backfilling, cleaning and examination, ultrasonic testing, repairs, welding, and coating.
