Subcontractor shall furnish Professional Engineering services to support the Strategic Petroleum Reserve M&O contractor in connection with the construction, testing and inspection for the conversion of crude oil tank BMT-2 from an internal floating roof to an external floating roof under project Bryan Mound (BM) MM-740C. Tasks include providing engineering services for the necessary repairs to the BMT-2 tank floor and construction support services for ongoing field construction for project BM-MM-740C.
