HRL Laboratories, LLC, in conjunction with Kyma Technologies, the Center for Power Electronics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and MalubulQ, proposes to conduct laboratory based, small-scale, research and development activities for new gallium-nitride transistors for high power switching applications, such as motor drives, traction control and power grids.
