Southwestern Power Administration (SWPA) proposes to interface with Peoples Electric Cooperative (PEC) to accommodate the Chimney Hill Solar Project Interconnection. SWPA will not require adjustments to the existing relay/protection system that already exist, at the interface of the SWPA & PEC systems.
