Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required to convert the BH-3 valve station from manual operation to a remote control valve station. Tasks include excavation, installation of foundations and structural steel for shade, solar panels and satellite dish, electrical and communication equipment, and expanding fencing along the right-of-way.
