The TRA-653 men's shower is in need of remodeling due to the age, loose or missing ceramic tile and the difficulty in cleaning it. The proposed project will remove the shower materials including ceramic tile (approximately 385 square feet), grout, and grout base and replace with a new non-slip type tile, grout and grout seal.
