MOX Services proposes to establish a laydown yard in a portion of an existing asphalt-surfaced parking lot located northeast of 705-A. A buffer of at least 10 feet will be maintained adjacent to the existing fire water and domestic water lines. The buffer will be used for equipment turnaround and material loading/unloading, but will not be used for material storage.
