The proposed action involves granting of an easement to the Pike County Board of Commissioner for the installation, operation and maintenance of a four inch pressurized sanitary sewer line on PORTS land along the existing roadway right-of-way to the existing X-6619 waste water treatment facility and executing an agreement to treat the sewage transported by this four inch pressurized sewer line at a permitted waste water treatment facility.
