Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to reroute the existing piping that drains and discharges into the Big Hill Anhydrite Pond to the Big Hill Oil Recovery Pond. Tasks include the installation of a new sump and sump pumps, concrete diffuser, 50 foot square pad with ramp and driveway, and associated electrical and instrumentation work.
