Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to design and construct modifications to convert the existing BM internal floating roof tank crude oil tank (BMT-4) to an external floating roof tank. Construction cannot start until after an environmental air permit has been obtained by the SPR, based on the final tank design. Task also includes associated civil (drainage, elevated walkway, staircases, sidewalk), electrical (lighting system), and instrumentation (tank level indicators) work.
