Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to build a ramp on the northeast corner of the Big Hill Anhydrite Pond No. 9, install a liner and attach to the top of the dike concrete wall on the southeast corner of the Big Hill Oil Recovery Pond No. 37, install temporary piping for the pilot test to wash the anhydrite from Pond No. 9, and relocate Instrument B000-ASH-90 and its oil/water indicator lights from Pond No. 9 to Pond No. 37.
