This is for painting the exterior of the A-Area service water storage tank. They will not need to drain the tank, and the vendor is dry blasting the exterior, so there should be little if any water discharges. They are going to do this with full containment (scaffolding wrapped with plastic) to help contain dust and paint. They will also be blasting and painting some piping attached to the tank.
