Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision and services required to replace the ported coaxial cable sensor (PCCS) at the northwest perimeter fence at the WH SPR site. Tasks include de-energization of all powered components, excavation and removal of existing PCCS components, site preparation (filling or grading of terrain), and installation of new buried PCCS cables. The excavation work is not located in wetlands, but the offsite property beyond the fence is wetland area. All work must be performed within the non-wetland area adjacent to both sides of the WH perimeter fence.
