This project will consist of design, optimal assembly, and testing of an underwater scanning laser. Two new subtasks have been added, to (1) develop deepwater two-housing sensor and (2) develop and verify new algorithms and sensor software. This categorical exclusion covers activities to be conducted within an existing office/laboratory setting within a light industrial office park.
