Following a failed periodic line segment pressure test, troubleshooting of the Tank 38 to 43, and HDB-7 to Tank 38, waste transfer lines (line numbers 1528 and 3083, respectively) via helium leak testing revealed a failed drain line 1533. Remove the drain line 1533 at the common transfer line jacket, located about 1 foot from the Tank 38 outer wall, and seal the jacket. Remove the drain line 1533 as close to the LDB-5 in the HDB-7 south vault as possible, and cap the remaining piping attached to the LDB. Cap off the abandoned 1533 piping at both ends. Backfill around the exposed transfer lines per Engineering requirements.
