Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required to upgrade the WH RWIS Recycle Valve. The new valve will be provided as Government Furnished Property (GFP). Tasks include removal and salvaging of the existing valve and reduction orifice plates, removal of existing flanges, and installation of the new valve, two new orifice plates, and two new flanges. Operation of valves and electrical isolation of equipment will be performed by DM site personnel.
