Subcontractor shall provide all transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, utilities, labor and supervision required to blast and paint the West Hackberry Meter Skid, Prover Piping and Structure, located adjacent to the Control Room. All grating will be removed so that the I beam meter skid structure can be blasted and painted along with piping.
