The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Economic Opportunity Studies to provide consultation, materials and training to assist local weatherization agencies, grantees and their current or potential public sector and private partners in maintaining and expanding the resources they leverage and deliver in coordination with the Weatherization Assistance Program investments.
