The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to North Carolina State University, North Carolina Solar Center (NCSC) to develop, implement, maintain and promote a new database and web site that would enhance the existing Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency project, which NCSC has managed and maintained since 1995.
