The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the Blackfeet Tribe of Montana under the DOE's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 1009 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG). Under Activity #2, Blackfeet Energy Efficiency Retrofits, the Tribe would conduct energy efficiency retrofit activities.
