Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to reconduct the terminal span on the Chandler tap to Grandview-Red Mountain No. 1 115 kilovolt line in order to allow the bureau of Reclamation to enlarge their Chandler Power and Pumping Plant switchyard, eliminating safety hazards and reducing the incidence of power outages.
