The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to provide federal funding to the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC) to identify and fund a Shared Energy Project Manager (EPM) position that would provide technical advice and project management assistance to small or medium-sized metals and advanced materials manufacturing companies in the greater Pacific Northwest Portland-Vancouver region. The EPM position would be funded over 3 Budget Periods.
