Subcontractor shall provide all transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, utilities, labor and supervision required to blast and paint the West Hackberry, Texas 22 header piping. The header piping to be painted begins on the westward side of this piping system, located at the 4 valve manifold, and ends before the road located on the east side of the facility. All ground penetrations through the earth surface will be excavated and rewrapped.
