Subcontractor shall provide all transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, labor and supervision required to perform the electrical work needed to install and connect spare transformer BHTX-3 for emergency use in case of the loss of a major transformer at Bryan Mound (BM) (BMMTX-1, BMMTX-2, or BMMTX-3) or West Hackberry (WH) (WHTX-1 or WHTX-2). Temporary installation of BHTX-3 at BM or WH will be on existing slabs.
