The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources - Division of Energy (MDNR) under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 State Energy Program (SEP). MDNR proposes to provide DOE SEP ARRA funding to the City of Maryville, Missouri through an MDNR ARRA SEP Revolving Loan Fund called the ARRA Energize Missouri Water Loan Program. Funding would be used to perform energy efficient upgrade modifications to raw water pumps associated with the City's water treatment plant.
