Western Area Power Administration (Western) will add two protective barrier walls between power transformers KY1A, KY2A, and KY3A to prevent damage to one another in the event of catastrophic failure by anyone of the three transformers. The principal components of work include constructing two barrier walls and supporting foundations in between each of the existing transformers.
