Western Area Power Administration (Western) will construct a new communications building on the Archer Microwave Site (ARW). The project is a joint effort by Western and Tri-State Generation and Transmision Association, Inc. (Tri-State), and will be occupied by both entities at project completion. The project will have the following components: Construct a new communications building; Rebuild the fence along the existing fence line; Conduct the site work necessary to improve the driveway.
