CX(s) Applied: B1.7
Date: 01/11/2012
Location(s): Oregon
Offices(s): Bonneville Power Administration
In response to Farm Power Misty Meadow’s (Farm Power’s) small generator interconnection request, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is planning to integrate their 1-megawatt biomass generation project into its balancing authority (BA). The proposed point of interconnection is Tillamook Peoples Utility District's (PUD) Feeder Circuit #63, which is connected to the Tillamook PUD’s Wilson River Substation. In order to integrate the proposed generation, BPA would provide Farm Power with parts for installing a standard BPA JEMSTAR revenue meter, along with example design drawings. BPA would review and pprove the drawings prior to meter installation by Farm Power, then work with Farm Power to calibrate, test, and energize the revenue meter at the generation site. BPA would commission, assume ownership of, and maintain the meter and metering cabinet. Telecommunication needed in association with the meter would be provided, installed, and maintained by Farm Power.
