Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Provide engineering services to validate energy savings; lighting retrofits (interior and exterior) at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, and Biosolids facilities; install dissolved oxygen management systems in the Wastewater Treatment Plant; electric wiring, conduit and modifications to a standby generator to add standby power to aeration basin blowers.
