Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, mobile lifting equipment, and rigging required to repair timber piles which support Bryan Mound Building BE-2. Subcontractor shall modify the ground surface around the building with crushed stone to prevent soil washout and improve drainage conditions which led to disrepair of the building foundation.
