In response to the line and load interconnection request submitted by Coos-Curry, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to provide and install tap jumpers between BPA?s Fairview-Bandon 115-kilovolt (kV) transmission line and Coos-Curry?s new 115/24.9-kV substation. The tap jumpers would consist of line extensions from the BPA Fairview-Bandon #1 115-kV line to the Coos-Curry conductors terminated on the "H" frame wood pole structure located in Coos-Curry?s new substation. As a result, within BPA?s Norway Substation, BPA would remove and retire all equipment within Bank 1K, including a station service transformer, associated disconnect switches, potential voltage transformers, current transformers, and metering equipment. BPA?s construction activities would be limited to work within BPA?s Norway Substation.
