Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to provide a meter and associated equipment to Lane Electric Cooperative (LEC) for installation at the King Estate Solar Photovoltaic Generation plant. BPA would pre-configure the meter and test, energize, commission, and calibrate the metering equipment. LEC would fund the proposed project; BPA would own and operate the metering equipment after installation. All work would take place within the King Estate Solar Photovoltaic Generation site and there would be no ground disturbing activities.
