Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Develop energy efficiency and conservation strategy, 2) technical consulting services to assist the county with energy efficiency and conservation projects, 3) conduct energy efficiency study of parking lot lights, 4) conduct energy efficiency audit of the Yeager Health Center complex, 5) conduct energy efficiency audit of the Fire Training Center, 6) upgrade interior lighting and install occupancy sensor controls in buildings located on the Yeager Health Center campus, 7) develop energy efficiency and conservation website to provide assistance for businesses and residents of Rockland County , 8) technical consulting services to assist the county in development and execution of an Energy Procurement Plan.
