Corrosion tests with carbon steel exposed to oxalic acid will be performed in 735-11A and 773-A. The tests are performed in a laboratory hood. The oxalic acid will be at compositions between 1 and 8 percent weight. In some of the tests, sludge simulant developed at 999-1W will be added to the oxalic acid to simulate chemical cleaning conditions.
