The Kansas Energy Office (KEO) would administer the State Energy Program for Kansas. KEO would allocate $6,875,000 in Department of Energy funding to Emporia State University Energy Efficiency Project, Kansas State University Energy Efficiency Project, Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas University Energy Efficiency Upgrades and Pittsburgh State University Energy Efficiency Upgrades.
