Department of Energy is proposing to provide $1,100,000 in State Energy Program funding to the State of Oregon who would transfer this funding to the Oregon Department of Agriculture to install improved efficiency irrigation equipment at agricultural sites throughout the State. Two variable frequency drives would be installed onto two existing irrigation pumps, within a Flood Zone A designation at two separate locations along Fifteen Mile Creek in Wasco County, Oregon.
