Lower Providence Township of Pennsylvania proposes to use federal funding to install an educational-use solar array outside of the Municipal Complex and perform a feasibility study on the installation of a solar array at the Moyer landfill. The installed solar array at the municipal complex will be a demonstration at 28 kilowatt and will aid in the promotion of solar power throughout the community.
