Nature Tech, LLC is proposing to use $1,500,000 in State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to purchase equipment and inventory (recycled newspaper, plastic liners and bags, and fire retardant for the insulation), receivables and payroll to produce energy efficient cellulose insulation from newsprint at an existing manufacturing facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
