Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Install solar photovoltaic systems on three city facilities?300 kilowatt roof-top system at city-owned buildings located at 401 and 403 West Hillcrest Drive and 120 kilowatt parking-shade system at Municipal Services Center, and 2) increase biomass energy at Hill Canyon Treatment Plant by increasing the capacity of fats, oils, and brown grease receiving by increasing the diameter of the digester gas piping.
