Abengoa Solar Incorporated proposes to use federal funding for phase 2 of the continuation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) award GFO-08-186. This NEPA determination is for site work that will take place at Abengoa's Lakewood, Colorado facility site (11500 West 13th Avenue). Since the original NEPA review, several tasks have been revised for Phase 2. Task 7 has been re-named: Molten-Salt Collector Analysis (dropped development), Task 8 has been replaced by: Process Development (new task, replaces thermocline thermal energy storage development), Task 9 has been re-named as Task 10 (this is the Project Management task), and Task 9 has been added: Plant Performance and Economic Analysis (this is a new task).
