Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Elko Band would replace the current interior lighting fixtures in the Elko Band Council Indian Colony Gymnasium with energy efficient lighting fixtures that will produce a measurable decrease in energy costs for the gymnasium. The current lighting fixtures were installed when the structure was originally built in 1991.
