This project Statement of Work was reviewed previously and is being revisited due to several project modifications which have occurred following the previous National Environmental Policy Act review. The City of Anaheim would use Department of Energy funds for the following activities all of which are bounded by the signed Statement of Work and are therefore categorically excluded. Activity 1: Residential Loan Program for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Measures; Activity 2: Small Business, Commercial and Residential Incentives.
