The recipient is proposing to use Department of Energy (DOE) funding to install a 350 kilowatt (kW) Solar Photovoltaic system on the convention center. This system would be combined with a larger installation on the convention center funded separately by Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) under award number DE-EEOOO0890.
