The Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology proposes to use federal funds to develop and promote a 2-year "partnership building" project to raise awareness of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. They aim to bring industry and key governments together to encourage and promote the use of hydrogen and fuel cell technology in early market applications.
