The City of Boulder plans renovations and upgrades to existing equipment at the Boulder Canyon Hydroelectric Plant, a small-scale hydroelectric power plant in Boulder County, Colorado. These upgrades will require the removal and replacement of one 1930's era turbine, generator and associated equipment. All work for this project, with the exception of temporary modifications to a bridge, will be done within the power plant.
