Luther College is proposing to use Congressionally Directed federal funding from the Department of Energy for the installation of one 1.5 to 1.65 megawatt wind turbine, including the turbine foundation, access road and interconnect electrical lines, at a privately owned site approximately one half mile west of the Luther College campus in Decorah, Iowa.
