Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Energy efficiency retrofits: 1) replacement of chillers and upgrade of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning ducts at the Law Enforcement Center; 2) window tinting and insulation at the Planning Building; and 3) installation at several county facilities automated energy controls and monitors and upgrade/replacement of lighting (fixtures, bulbs, and ballasts).
