The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity will provide Horizon Technologies (Horizon) with $200,000 of Recovery Act funds to purchase and install equipment to produce energy saving devices for external power adapters and chargers. The equipment will be installed at the Horizon facility in Schaumburg, Illinois.
